1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ghost iOS application ("App"), provided by Downlabs.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ghost provides device-level network routing and app-blocking functionalities using Apple's Network Extension framework. The app allows users to monitor and restrict network access for specific applications or domains on their personal devices.

3. Subscriptions and Payments (Ghost Pro)

Ghost offers an optional premium subscription ("Ghost Pro") available via in-app purchase, managed via RevenueCat.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

4. Apple Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is subject to the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). Downlabs.co and you acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between Downlabs.co and you only, and not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or the content thereof.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Downlabs.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Downlabs.co resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
